Structure change with transition matrix

when we consider aggregate model but we change para’s across groups.

We set bigger matrix paras by merging A’s and Q’s vertically. That is,

when we have ns groups. Each A and Q is dim x 1 vector.

We pick every dim numbers of rows in paras in the program.
